兩條被子和床墊都是臟的，先推三阻四不給我換床品，然後威脅説派人來看，臟的話讓我半夜退房（我是單身女性，而且已經付了全部房費）？！！！半夜快12點最後派了2個男的到我房間，也不是事先説明（有風險，我也不知道是否應該開門），最後確認床品是臟的完全不道歉，反而凌晨1點還發消息騷擾！！！説我的投訴和真實反映情況是威脅他們…第二天一早馬上退房，根本無法入睡。最後訂房網站跟他們溝通也是各種耍**，建議平台把這種無良酒店拉入黑名單。

good location: shopping, eating and drinking. bamboo management is effeciency and helpful. I would suggest if you can book earlier as you can, Because they are always full booking there. will come back on next 訂房網站. Nawei you did a very job well done

집구조가잘못빠져서 4인가족이투숙하기엔 너무좁은 룸이었다. 가기전 11층또는12층 룸요청을했으나 받아들여졌는지 모르겠고 같이간사람이 12층룸을 배정받고 나는36층배정받았다. 복불복이라지만 기존요청이받아들여진건지알수없다. 후라이팬상태가최악이다. 다음날팬을가져다주긴했지만 룸컨디션체크를미리하지않는듯하다 위치는너무좋았다.

Booked a room with a king bed but was given a room with a queen bed instead. The bedframe was bent, so we had to sleep on a mattress that sunk in the middle, with pillows that flattened within minutes. The unit looked clean on first impression, but we found a cockroach on the dining table. 😓 We used to be fans of the Ooak, and expected better since the prices of the rooms have increased, but instead found that the standard has dropped.

숙소 청결상태가 좋지않습니다. 바닥 청소를 몇번이나 새로 했습니다. 샤워 커튼에선 쉰내가 너무 심했으며 숙소 쇼파는 쿠션이 꺼져서 나무 구조물이 엉덩이에 닿습니다.

It was a wonderful stay as my children were having dental appointments in 163 retail malls. It's just a walk away and no hassle at all. We will definitely return to this place in the future. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 4 nights..Service is slow check in check out took a long time.. The receptionist is unprofessional.. the booking didn't clearly said without cleaning services. Took RM 300 for deposit and charge me RM100 for dirty the bad sheet 🙄. We will never booking again. 🤬
